Each tuk tuk can accommodate a maximum of 4 passengers, regardless of whether they are adults or children.
What are the hours that the tours operate?↓
Tours are available daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
How is the cost of the tour determined?↓
The price is fixed per vehicle as each tour is private. You must select the number of tuk-tuks based on your group size:
- Up to 4 people: 1 tuk-tuk.
Can I bring pets or animals with me?↓
For safety reasons, pets or animals are not permitted on the tour.
Is there room for luggage inside the tuk tuk?↓
Our tuk-tuks do not have a trunk, so suitcases, strollers, wheelchairs, or bulky objects are not permitted.
Do tuk tuks run on electricity?↓
Yes, our vehicles are 100% electric, quiet and environmentally friendly.
Where is the starting point of the tour?↓
Depending on the tour chosen, the starting point varies. All information will be communicated via WhatsApp (+34 603900086).

Tours are offered in Spanish, English, French, and Italian for the convenience of our visitors.
Do the tours run if it's raining or windy?↓
Tours continue as long as weather conditions are not dangerous. Tuk-tuks are equipped with transparent covers and blankets to protect passengers.
What do you recommend I bring for the tour?↓
We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and shoes, bringing water, and a device to take photos or videos.
How do I recognize the tuk tuk that will take me?↓
Before the tour begins, you'll receive a WhatsApp message with the tuk-tuk number and the name of your assigned driver. You can also contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +34 603900086.
Is it necessary to print a receipt for the day of the tour?↓
You don't need to print anything. You just need to present the WhatsApp conversation showing the reservation.
What happens if I arrive late to the tour?↓
If there is a delay, the activity time will be adjusted by subtracting the lost time, which could result in a change to the route. If the delay is more than 15 minutes, the tour will be canceled without a refund.
Can I modify my reservation once it's made?↓
Yes, you can request changes to your reservation by contacting us via confirmation email, phone, or WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance.
